1. Service Terms

Dania Maids Cleaning Servicesprovides professional cleaning services across Qatar, including home cleaning, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, cloth ironing, and move-in/move-out cleaning. By booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Our services are available to individuals and businesses located in Qatar. You must be at least 18 years of age to book a service or authorize a booking on behalf of another person or entity.

2. Booking Policies

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone at +974 4444 0086, or via WhatsApp at +974 33337410. All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between you and Dania Maids Cleaning Services for the specified services on the agreed date and time.

We make every effort to arrive on time. However, arrival times may vary by up to 30 minutes depending on traffic and operational circumstances. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service.

If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the premises due to reasons within the client's control (e.g., no one home, locked access), the full service fee may be charged.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of standard service charges. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

For recurring or contract-based services, payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

5. Diamond Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question. If the issue remains unresolved after the re-clean, you will not be charged for the affected service.

6. Liability

Dania Maids Cleaning Services carries public liability insurance. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff during the provision of services, you must report the damage within 48 hours. We will assess the claim and, where our liability is established, arrange for repair or fair compensation.

We shall not be liable for damage to fragile, antique, or improperly secured items unless such items were specifically pointed out to our team before the service began. Our total liability for any single incident shall not exceed the value of the service booked.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to the premises for our cleaning team. This includes securing pets, providing adequate lighting, and ensuring running water and electricity are available. Any hazardous materials or conditions must be disclosed prior to the service.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
